Dear Steve:

I would like to take this opportunity to tell you how pleased we are with our new Trane system as well as the service that Delbert Crowl Company has performed.

Even though it has only been a couple of weeks since we had our Trane installed, the difference is unbelievable! With our old system, the thermostat was set between 65 and 70 during summer weather and we constantly ran ceiling and floor fans to be comfortable. Since installation, the thermostat is set between 76 and 78 during the day and at 80 at night, and it is very cool in our house. I no longer run the floor fans and the ceiling fans don't have to run 24 hours a day. The variable speed makes such a difference, always having air circulating maintains a more even temperature and the air no longer gets warm before the air conditioner kicks on. It may sound strange, but I am actually looking forward to getting my electric bill the next few months so I can see the dollar savings in electric usage as well.

The installers did an excellent job. They cleaned up after the work was complete and were wonderful to explain and answer questions.

I would also like to thank you for all your time. You were so helpful to explain the different options, answering our many questions and I really appreciate how you worked around my long work hours to meet with us.

I would highly recommend Delbert Crowl Co. Inc. and a Trance system to anyone that would like excellent sales, service, installation and energy efficiency. Please feel free to use my name as a reference as I would be more than happy to tell anyone how pleased I am. Thank you again.

I thought that I should let you know that we were well pleased with the way everything went on our new air conditioner purchase.

Steve was very easy to talk to and decided what size unit we should have for our house size. He measured the house and recommended the size indicated. He showed us literature on the unit and answered any questions that we had regarding the system. We decided to have the unit installed before the busy season. We were glad to get everything done in such a short time.

Dear Steve:

Just a short note to express my appreciation for the wonderful job your company did in installing my Trane XV90 Variable Speed Gas Furnace. I was especially pleased that you assigned Richard Stich at my request to plan and install my furnace. Richard had installed a Trane air conditioner for me several years ago and I recognized at that time that his workmanship is nothing short of outstanding.

My old furnace duct work was a real mess and required major redesign. Richard patiently discussed his plan with me in detail to be certain that I was going to be satisfied with the planned installation. The City Inspector who came to inspect the installation was very aware of Richard's high standards of workmanship.

If I had to do it over again, I would feel totally comfortable going on vacation while Richard made the installation, knowing well that the job would be done with perfection far beyond my expectations when I returned.
